| 摘 要： | 大学生就业困难已经变成一种较为普遍的社会现象。大学生就业难外部原因是主体,内部原因是关键。解决大学生就业难问题,需要政府、高校与大学生自身通力合作、共同努力。政府应软硬兼施,高校应刚柔并济,大学生应自力更生。
