胜利油田海上环保工作的现状及对策

胜利油田浅海油田自1990年正式开发以来,涉海单位认真贯彻落实国家有关环境保护的方针政策,从教育培训、建章立制、搞好环评、加大投入、搞好隐患治理等方面,不断加强对海洋环境的保护工作,取得了很大成绩。但由于主客观方面的原因,海上环保工作还存在一些问题,如海上作业废液的回收处理,海上钻井泥浆、钻屑的治理,海上环保设备的更新,涉海人员环保意识的提高等等,需要在新的形势下,与时俱进,广泛学习借鉴国内外的环保新技术,加大环保投入,把胜利油田的海洋环保工作做得更好,再上一个新的台阶。

Status and corresponding countermeasures on offshore environment protection work of Shengli oilfield

Since 1990 Shengli oil field offshore established, all units concerned strictly implementing national policy on environment protection at training, establishing regimen, implementing environmental evaluation, adding investment, governing defect, continuously enforcing ocean environment protection work have made a great performance. For the subjective and objective reason, some questions still exist in ocean environment protection work, such as waste fluid of job treating, mud drilling and cuttings governing, environment protection equipment renewing, personnel concerned consciousness raising and so on. At new situation, it needs us to change as age changes, to learn and refer advanced technology, to add investment and to make our environment protection work better and reach a higher level.
