高精度程控恒流源系统设计

摘    要:本文采用MOSFET和精密运算放大器构成的恒流源,以89C55单片机为算法控制器,以12位D/A、A/D转换器以及精密采样电阻实现高精度程控恒流源功能。

Abstract:A constant current source which is composed of MOSFET and precise operational amplifiers, used 89C55 microcontroller as algorithm controller. 12-bit D/A.MD converter and precise sampling resistors to achieve the function of high-precision programmable constant current source.
