| 摘 要： | 为了缩短产品开发时间,要求开发团队组织模式与所开发的产品相适应。提出了3种典型的产品开发团队组织模式,并采用模糊神经网络方法,以产品特征因素作为输入,经训练后形成决策器,团队组织模式按照决策结果自适应地进行调整。给出的仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | To shorten product development time, the organization pattern of team should be adaptive to the product. Three representative patterns are proposed. The organization pattern of development team can adjust itself to the product character according to the decision-making system based on fuzzy neural network. The simulation results verify the validity of this method. |
