| 摘 要： | 分析可持续发展城市主要特点及与老龄人口的关系，论述城市老年人口的生存环境组成.为了保证城市的持续发展，应当充分考虑老年人的多种需求，发挥城市信息流的作用，建立适应老龄化的可持续发展行动方案，强化社区养老职能，提高老年人口在经济发展中的贡献率，建立城市老年金融机构等.

| Abstract: | This paper states the main properties of sustainable city and its relation with aging population.The living condition for the aging includes society,spirit,nature,economy,resource,nutrition,and non aging population.In order to maintain the development of sustainable city,it is necessary to meet the various needs of every aging people,value the role of exchanging information,take proper action for sake of the aging,consolidate the serving function in community,pay attention to the aging contribution in economical development,and construct finance institution for the aging. |
