双螺杆压缩机设计新方法及其应用

摘    要:介绍了一种利用工作过程的数学模拟来选择双螺杆压缩机主要参数的设计新方法;给出了数学模拟的主要内容和结果,该数学模拟显示出主要参数不同取值时,对压缩机性能的影响.将本设计方法应用于一台双螺杆压缩机的设计,取得了满意的结果.表明文中推荐的设计新方法具有实用性.与传统的经验设计方法相比,这种方法不仅大大缩短了设计周期,而且提高了设计精度,还能使所设计的压缩机性能接近最优水平.

Abstract:A new design method for twin-screw compressor is introduced in this paper. In the method, some important design parameters are selected with the help of a computerized simulation for this kind of compressor. The main contents and results of the simulation are given. The effects of the parameters on the compressor performance are analysed in detail. The new method is applied to the design of a twin-screw compressor, and the satisfactory performance of the compressor indicates that it is very useful in practice. Compared to the traditional empirical design method, the new desing method not only decreases the design time, but also increases the design accuracy. Moreover, the new method can make it possible to design a compressor with optimal performance.
