科学技术在人与自然协调发展中的作用

人与自然的关系是人类赖以生存和发展的基本关系。人在与自然的关系中既具有能动性又具有受动性,是两者的辩证统一。科学技术揭示了自然的本质和规律,在人类认识和改造自然,逐渐从对自然的受动关系走向更加能动的关系的过程中,科学技术起着重要的甚至是划时代的作用。虽然科学技术在发展和运用中也带来了一些负面问题,但是这些问题也必须通过发展更先进的科学技术来解决。只有提高人类的素质,依靠科学技术的进一步发展才能真正实现人与自然在更高程度上的协调发展。

On the Function of Science and Technology in the Coordinating Development Between Man and Nature
