| Abstract: | Managements and services for colleges and universities students are on the basis of the new “regulations” which show a specific relationship between schools and students for rights and obligations of both parties. A few understandings on successfully implementing new “Regulations” are given in this paper about the school management demands of the humanism management and law in connection with the practical work of the students. |
