摘    要:本文探讨了录音磁头磁芯饱和对音频记录的音响,着重分析了磁头缝隙宽度g、磁带涂层厚度δ与饱和磁通密度Bm、磁带矫顽力Hc间的关系.由探寸在保证低频信号有最大输出的情况下估算录音头所必需的偏磁强度入手,通过近似计算,得出四者的关系式,从而可以求得在已知Hc的磁带上实现录音而又保证录音头不饱和的缝隙宽度.得出用低Bm磁芯材料的磁头对Hc高的磁带录音时,就必须采用宽缝隙的结论.

Abstract:The present article explicates the effect of the magnetic core saturation of the recording head on audio frequency recording.It focuses of the analysis of the relationship between the width(g) of the magnetic gap on the magnetic head, the coating thickness of thetape, the saturated magnetic flux density(Bm) and the tape cercive force(Hc) startingwith the investigation into how to estimate the coercive strength needed by the magnetichead under the circumstances where it insures the low frequency signal to have the maximum output,through approximate calculation,it comes to the relational expression among the four,so as the extract the gap width when recording can be made on a given tapeand no magnetic saturation on the recording head is insured.Finally it comes to the conclusion that wide magnetic gap must be adopted when recording is made by the magnetichead with low Bm material for its magnetic core on the high He tape.
