工程技术应用类高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设研究

摘    要:针对“双师型”教师内涵不明晰、认定体系不完善、教师渠道来源单一、缺少应有竞争与激励机制的主要问题,“双师型”教师队伍建设应该由“双师一体化”教师、外聘教师和实训教师三个部分组成,同时教育与人事行政主管部门应尽快完善“双师型”教师认定标准与职称评定政策,促使现有“双师型”教学名师“安居乐业”,引导专兼职教师实现“教、学、做”合一,实现高职教育事业又好又快发展。

Abstract:In the construction of "dual-qualification" teaching staff,the main problems as follows: confusion with the concept "dual-qualification" teachers,single-channeling of teacher training and lack of the competition and incentives mechanism.This article puts forward that the teaching staff with "dual-qualification" is made up of three parts: "double profession integration" teacher,external and practical training teachers.It proposes that education administration and employment department should improve criterion of determining "dual-qualification"teachers and policy of technical-title evaluation so as to vitalize our education.
