| 摘 要： | 沈阳市根据其自然环境状况及存在的主要环境污染问题，采取一系列的水、气、声、固废综合整治措施，加强污染治理能力，增加绿色覆盖面积，控制噪声及产污生产操作，使沈阳的环境状况有较大改善．

| Abstract: | Based on conditions of the nature environment and the major problems in pollution in Shenyang, a series of the preventive strategies for noise, polluted air, filthy water and rubbish had been adopted. Strengthening ability of treating pollution, increasing green area, and controlling noise producing make the environment in Shenyang city better. |
