| 摘 要： | 定向运动是一项新兴的运动项目,深受大众喜爱.普通高校开设定向运动课程,不仅能丰富高校体育教学内容,也可以培养学生独立解决问题的能力.本文根据定向运动的特点,分析了沈阳航空航天大学开设定向运动课程的可行性,旨在为定向运动列入普通高校体育课程提供理论依据.

| Abstract: | Orienteering is a new sport,deeply popular. Ordinary colleges and universities in orienteering course can not only enrich the universities sports teaching content,but also can cultivate students＇abillty of solving problems independently. In this paper, according to the characteristics of the directional movement,this paper analyzes the Shenyang aerospace university and astronautics the feasibility of open orientation movement course,aiming at directional movement in ordinary university sports curriculum to provide theoretical basis. |
