| 摘 要： | 随着城市经济的发展，城市机动化趋势已势不可挡。单靠增加道路已无法满足交通量增加的需求，只有采取规划先行、政策引导、强化交通组织管理以及应用现代高新技术等综合性措施，才能较好地解决目前城市的交通问题，实现城市道路交通的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | As the fast development of economy, the mechanization's trend become more stronger. It is impossible to satisfy the increase of traffic requirement only depending on building more roads. In order to solve the traffic issue and implement the sustainable development of transport, we must adopt integrated policy of planning in advance, policy inducting, strengthening the management of traffic and applying modern high technology. |
