四川地区中国种甘蔗过氧化物酶同工酶的研究初报

摘    要:四川地区栽培中国种甘蔗(Saccharum SinensisRoxb)历史悠久,可追朔到公元前,传入时间先后不只一次,地区也不只一个。四川各地名称各异,但通称为“芦蔗”。为了进一步对四川地区现存的中国种芦蔗了解,我们就四川地区现存收集到的中国种材料,进行过氧化物酶同工酶分析,结果共出现18条酶带,大致可分为三个区域。根据同工酶的差异表明,四川地区栽培的中国种,现存的各种芦蔗来源可能不是单一型的。

Abstract:Cultivation of Chinese sugar-cane (S. sinense) has a long history in Sichuan Province, which can be traced back to B. C.. As S. sinense was removed several times to Sichuan from different areas and so it was called different names, though it is generally called "Luzhe" in Sichuan. Some odd-modern cultivated S. sinense were collected in our laboratory for further studying. The authors analysed with peroxidase isoenzyme in 9 clones from S. Sinensis (Roxb). The result showed; from these clones of S. sinense there were 18 peroxidase isoenzymes bands in all, they can be divided into 3 inter-regions. According to different peroxidase isoenzyme patterns among these clones of S. sinense, the writers consider that the origin of S. sinense in stock couldn't be single-type.
