太阳辐射对相干激光告警接收机信噪比影响的理论分析

摘    要:以相干激光告警接收机为研究对象,建立了在强太阳光照射下的信噪比数学模型.将太阳近似为一个5900K的球形黑体,通过严格的计算得到,在不考虑大气对太阳光的衰减作用的情况下,日地平均距离处太阳对地球的辐照度为148.7mW/cm^2.在考虑遮光罩的空间滤波的作用下,利用该数学模型分析得到太阳辐射最强时,太阳光经地面反射到达激光告警接收机CCD探测器上的太阳光功率密度为3.4mW/cm^2;同时,分析了在CCD探测器响应率最差的来袭激光和太阳辐射最强的情况下,该激光告警接收机最差的探测信噪比为17.5.(实验中选用的待测激光波长λ为1064nm,到达激光告警接收机前的光功率密度为10mW/cm^2,脉宽为10ns.)

Abstract:A SNR mathematical model of coherent laser warning receiver(CLWR) developed by our group,has been derived,Taking the sun as a blackbody with temperature of 5900K,through strictly computating,we have obtained that solar illumination is 148.7mW/cm2 on the surface located in the sun-earth average distance.Considering the attenuation of the solar power through atmosphere,and the reflection effect of the surface of the earth,and the spatial flirty of the lens hood of the CLWR,we have calculated that sunlight power density is 3.14mW/cm2 on the grating of the CLWR.In the case that the sun radiation is the strongest and the CLWR CCD detecting response is the weakest,we have computed the worst SNR of the CLWR is 17.5.
