基于传输线理论的零阶谐振器FDTD分析与优化

摘    要:通过FDTD数值仿真,完全由电路理论所描述的零阶谐振器特性得到了证实。通过对电路参数的研究可以更好的定性分析零阶谐振器特性:谐振频点的数量取决于单元结构的个数,而零阶谐振频率是不依赖于结构长度的。改变短路电感的长度及金属导孔的位置,可以调整零阶谐振频率。通过对结构的进一步优化,可以获得一个更小的1.5个单元结构零阶谐振器模型,该模型在1.9GHz频率上具有较好的无负载品质因数Q。

Abstract:The zeroth-order resonator (ZOR) characteristic which is fully described by the circuit theory is confirmed with the FDTD numerical simulation, Parametric studies performed on the circuit parameters led to a better qualitative analysis for the ZORs:the number of resonant frequency is determined by the number of unit cells in the structure of the ZORs, while the zeroth-order resonant frequency is independent of the physical length. Further more, the zeroth-order resonant frequency can be adjusted by changing the length of shorted stub inductor or the direction of via. The ZOR structure based on composite right/left-handed transmission line (CRLH-TL) is optimized and a smaller area is obtained for the 1.5-cell ZOR with a good unloaded Q at 1.9GHz in the numerical simulation.
