猪精子在获能过程中的形态变化

摘    要:通过光镜及扫描电镜对获能过程中的猪精子形态进行观察,发现其形态结构呈连续性变化头帽脱落,顶体染色由深变浅,精子核及核后帽的染色则逐渐加深。在此过程中,少数精子可能发生顶体反应,由扁卵圆形变为梭形。获能时间以4~6h为宜。此外还发现猪的品种不同,其精子形态结构也存在差异。

Abstract:The pig sperm in process of activation in vitro was observed by optical microscopyand scanning electron microscopy. It was found that the shape structure of the sperm comprised aseries of changes;apical cap fell off , the degree of acrosomal staining lowered,but the degree ofnucleus and rear cap staining rose.in this process,it was possible that acrosome reaction took placein a few of sperm, their shape changed from thin egglike to spindle. The results suggest that theactivation time of pig sperm is 4 to 6 hours. In addition to,it was found that there were obviousdifferences in shape structure of pig sperm between two strains.
