抛光机磨削加工效率的试验研究

摘    要:为了提高抛光磨削加工的效率,在分析抛光磨削加工运动的基础上,利用Preston方程确定影响磨削效率的因素,即磨块的目数、压力、磨头转速以及横梁摆动速度.以此4个因素安排正交试验并对试验结果进行方差分析,得出各因素对磨削效率的影响规律以及相应的主次关系,并提出最佳磨削因素的组合方式,从而为指导生产以及对抛光磨削的进一步研究都奠定了良好的基础.
