| 摘 要： | 为了提高社会体育指导员的培训质量,促进云南省社会体育事业的和谐发展,以社会体育指导员的培训内容、培训手段、管理体系为切入点,对云南省一级社会体育指导员培训基地进行系统的调查研究,发现云南省在一级社会体育指导员的培训过程中还存在一定的问题,并提出相关的对策,以供参考。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the quality of the training of Society sports instructors, and promote the cause of the Yunnan Provincial Sports society harmonious development, the study of social sports instructors in the training content, training tools, management system as the breakthrough point, a society of Yunnan Sports instructors training base system study found that China＇s Yunnan Province in a society sports instructors training course must also exist the problem and propose relevant measures for reference. |
