论藏族村落中的民间组织及其社会功能——以舟曲县武坪乡那下村为例

“比瓜把”和“杂安部”是舟曲藏族村落中以地缘关系和血缘关系为纽带形成的两大民间社会组织。作为舟曲藏族民间社会组织的重要组成部分，这两个民间社会组织在村民的社会经济生活中发挥着巨大的作用，对维护当地社会秩序，规范人们的社会道德，增强民族凝聚力，促进社会经济的发展，辅佐基层政府管理社会等方面都有着积极的意义。文章在田野调查的基础上，对这两大民间组织的社会功能和作用。以及它们存在的价值和意义、发展的前景等问题进行了探讨，力图较为准确地反映这些颇具地域色彩和民族特色的民间社会组织对藏区基层社会管理和建设的积极作用和意义。

Civil Societies and their Social Function on a Tibetan Village -A Case Study of Naxia Village of U＇ping Township of Zhugqu County

There are two main civil blood and land in Zhugqu＇s Tibetan societies, Bignana and Zha＇anbu, established based on the relationship of village where they are playing an significant role in the social and economic life of the village people by safeguarding local social orders, regulating people＇s morals, strengthening ethnic identity, promoting social and economic development, assisting the local government＇s management and so on. Based on the fieldwork, in the article the social function of these two civil societies is discussed as well as their value, meaning, and prospects for development so as to figure out the positive role of the civil societies, with regional and ethnic features, in the construction and management of the Tibetan basic-level society.
