| 摘 要： | 第五次西藏工作座谈会进一步强调了推进西藏跨越式发展要更加注重保护高原生态环境。使西藏成为国家重要的生态安全屏障。文章在分析生态产业构成要素的基础上，通过构建西藏生态产业体系，指出未来西藏生态产业的发展必要性及其产业发展重点，必将利于西藏社会、经济、生态效益的和谐统一，利于西藏的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | In the Fifth Forum on Work in Tibet the protection of plateau ecological environment was stressed with the purpose of the further development of Tibet being an important ecological security barrier of China. Based on the analysis of the components of eco-industry, the article indicates the prominence of the system of eco-industry and the necessity of developing eco-industry in Tibet, which benefits the harmony and sustainable development of Tibet＇s society, economy and ecology. |
