| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Ccsm对高血脂大鼠血脂的影响。方法：按照文献方法制造高血脂大鼠模型。检测大鼠血清总胆固醇（CHOL）、甘油三酯（TRIG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）的水平。结果：高剂量组对总胆固醇有降低效果,p〈0．5;高、中剂量组对低密度脂蛋白降低的很明显（p〈0．01）.结论：Ccsm对高血脂大鼠有一定的降低血脂作用,对总胆固醇和低密度蛋白有较好的降低作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： discussion on the impact of Ccsm on the blood Lipid of High cholesterol rat. Method： according to the method described in literature, a High cholesterol rat model was made, and then CHOL, TRIG. HDL and LDL content in serum of rat were measured. Results： high potion group of Ccsm has reduce effect on CHOL （＊p〈0.5）; high and medium potion groups of Ccsm have significant reduce effect on LDL （＊＊p〈0.01）. Conclusion： Ccsm can certainly reduce blood lipid of high cholesterol rat and can reduce CHOL and LDL. |
