摘    要:阿顿大师是享誉西藏画坛的绘画大师,也是新勉唐派的重要传承人。他多次参加过西藏各大寺院壁画的设计、绘制、修复等工作,对西藏壁画的抢救和保护方面业绩突出;他还培养了众多弟子,为传承新勉唐派做出了杰出的贡献。主要围绕着西藏传统绘画新勉唐派的渊源、历史、绘画风格及其传承方面对大师进行了采访。

A Tibetan Traditional Painting School: New Mentang School -- An interview of Atun, a renowned painter from Tashilhunpo Monastery

Abstract:Atun is a renowned painter of thangka painting in Tibet, and a chief heritor of new Mentang School. His work consists of painting, restoring and copying frescos for the temples and monasteries in Tibet, and he has trained a large number of disciples. Thus, he has contributed significantly to the inheritance of new Mentang School. The interview is mainly about the formation, history and painting style of the traditional Tibetan painting school, and the inheritance of it.
