高校绿色网络建设的思考

校园网络面临挑战,为在挑战中争取主动,需要立足于中国实际和全球意识,做出理性决策,规范网络秩序,发挥网络效能;需要建立积极的服务理念和有效的管理机制,净化校园网络环境,创造绿色的网络世界;需要正视网络技术对当代大学生的各种影响,需要发挥网络优势,提倡网络学习和开展网络科技活动,努力做好绿色网络进校园的管理工作。

Building Green Network in the College Campus

Campus network is faced with challenge. We should act locally and think globally, keeping a good sense of service and effective managing mechanism, providing e-learning and e-research activities to college students, maintaining orders of the network, building a healthy green network and bringing its roles into full play.
