| 摘 要： | 从部队的实际需求出发,采用B/S架构和ASP.NET技术开发了底层通用型网络办公平台,在此平台下实现网络办公系统主要功能模块的底层操作,方便开发针对性强的网络办公系统,也便于系统的二次开发和不同单位以及部门的网络办公系统的定制.
