The National Natural Science Foundation of Chi- na(NSFC)is established with the financial allocation from the Central Government to fund research in nat- ural science.It adopts the funding mechanism of "free application,fair competition,peer review and support the best".The Regulations of the National Natural Science Fund(the Fund)is the specific leg- islative regulations formulated by the State Council to standardize the utilization and management of the Fund.
