GDZ1500大型果蔬干燥设备余热回收研究

摘    要:干燥是农产品加工中的重要单元,也是耗能最大的单元.因而,研究干燥技术设备的节能技术,对农产品加工具有重大的意义.简要介绍了5GDZ1500果蔬热风穿孔带式干燥设备的工作原理及结构特征,对余热回收装置的设计过程及工艺参数进行了优化,分析了余热回收装置的经济价值和实用价值.

Abstract:The drying is an important agro-processing unit and also the largest energy-consuming units. Thus, the study of energy-saving drying technology for processing of agricultural products is of great significance. This paper briefly describes the working principle and structure characteristics of the 5GDZ1500 fruits and vegetables with hot air drying equipment, optimizes the design process and parameters of the waste heat recovery unit and analyzes the economic and practical value the waste heat recovery unit.
