| 摘 要： | 凝胶注模成型工艺中 ,凝胶点是表征陶瓷浆料固化机理的重要参数 .在陶瓷浆料固化过程中 ,浆料温度开始升高的转折点被称为凝胶点 ,它是浆料开始固化的标志 .凝胶点决定了陶瓷浆料浇铸的可操作时间 ,因此它的测定与调控对于控制整个工艺有着极为重要的作用 .本文采用自行设计的实验装置测定了氧化铝陶瓷浆料的凝胶点 ,并研究了不同工艺条件对凝胶点的影响机理

| Abstract: | The gel point, a turning point where the temperature of the ceramic slurry begins to increase obviously, is an important parameter during gelcasting processing, because it is a signal of the onset of slurry's gelation, which informs us of the operational time for casting the slurry So it is important to determine and adjust the gel point to control gelcasting processing The present authors measured the gel point of alumina ceramic slurry with an experiment device designed by oneself, and explained the influences of different processing conditions on gel point |
