| 摘 要： | 针对国家投资少，教学设备费在学校总事业费中所占的比例下降的情况，研究如何使学校有限的资金投入在教学、科研中发挥最大经济效益的问题，从计划和采购两方面提出了提高投资效益的有效途径，并用实例说明这些途径对提高设备投资效益起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | In vievv of less investment from the Government and the decreased percentage of the teaching facilities charge in the total expenditure of a unveristy,the author deals with the problem about making the less investment produce maximum economic efficency in teaching and scientific research and puts forward some approaches to improved investment efficiency in planning and purchasing.Finally examples are given to illustrate their importance. |
