紫外老化对双酚A型环氧树脂综合性能影响

摘    要:为了研究紫外线对以环氧树脂及其复合材料的影响,本文以双酚A型环氧树脂为研究对象,利用氙灯老化箱对双酚A型环氧树脂进行加速老化试验,研究了紫外老化对其电气、力学及热学性能的影响。实验结果表明,经28天紫外老化后,热分解后的质量残余减少,这是由于紫外及热的作用使得部分区域的环氧树脂由原先的致密网络结构转换为游离的自由基,形成了局部的缺陷。对力学性能的测试结果显示样品的弯曲强度下降至原有强度的74%,拉伸强度下降至原有强度的79%,说明老化后的双酚A型环氧树脂出现了局部的微观缺陷导致其承受外力破坏的能力有所减弱,但仍保持有较高的力学强度;对电气性能的测试结果显示样品的击穿电压下降14.8%,介质损耗因数上升12.7%。经紫外老化后,环氧树脂的热学、力学及电气性能均有一定程度的下降,但整体上性能下降程度不大,说明双酚A型环氧树脂具有一定的耐紫外老化性能。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of ultraviolet on epoxy resin and its composites, bisphenol A epoxy resin was taken as the research object. The accelerated aging test of bisphenol A epoxy resin was carried out in xenon lamp aging box, and the effects of ultraviolet aging on its electrical, mechanical and thermal properties were studied. The experimental results show that after 28 days of UV aging, residual mass reduction after thermal decomposition . This is due to the effect of UV and heat, the epoxy resin in some areas is transformed from the original dense network structure to free radicals, forming local defects. The test results of mechanical properties show that the bending strength of the sample decreases to 74% of the original strength and the tensile strength decreases to 97% of the original strength, indicating that the aging bisphenol A epoxy resin has local micro defects, resulting in the weakening of its ability to withstand external force damage, but still maintains high mechanical strength; The test results of electrical properties show that the breakdown voltage decreases by 14.8% and the dielectric loss factor increases by 12.7%. After UV aging, the thermal, mechanical and electrical properties of epoxy resin decreased to a certain extent, but the overall performance decreased little, indicating that bisphenol A epoxy resin has certain UV aging resistance.
