钢筋钢丝网砂浆加固钢筋混凝土方柱耗能特性数值分析

摘    要:为了提升钢筋混凝土柱抗震加固效率,采取钢筋钢丝网砂浆加固方法,同时研究加固后的耗能特性。本文结合3根钢筋混凝土方柱拟静力反复加载试验,依据Mander模型建立了钢筋钢丝网约束混凝土的应力-应变关系,并与试验相互对比验证。在此基础上进行了不同因素条件下72个钢筋混凝土试件的数值分析研究,主要因素包括剪跨比、纵筋配筋率、配箍率、混凝土强度等级和轴压比。结果表明:建立的钢筋钢丝网砂浆加固RC方柱数值模型耗能计算结果与试验值吻合良好;结合灰色关联度参数分析,影响试件耗能的因素依次为剪跨比、纵筋配筋率、配箍率、混凝土强度等级和轴压比。

Abstract:In order to improve the seismic reinforcement efficiency of reinforced concrete columns, the reinforcement method of steel bar and wire mesh mortar was adopted, and the energy dissipation characteristics after reinforcement were studied. Based on the cyclic loading test of three RC columns, the stress-strain relationship of concrete confined by steel bar and wire mesh mortar was established by the Mander model, the numerical model was compared and validated with the experiments. In addition, 72 numerical models of RC columns were analyzed with different factors, including shear span ratio, longitudinal reinforcement, stirrup ratio, concrete strength grade, and axial compression ratio. The results show that the energy dissipation calculation results of the numerical model of the RC square column are in good agreement with the experimental values. According to the grey correlation degree parameter analysis, the factors affecting the energy dissipation are the shear span ratio, longitudinal reinforcement ratio, stirrup ratio, concrete strength grade, and axial compression ratio, respectively.
