| 摘 要： | 冷战时期,美利关系经历了重大的变化,从利比亚独立建国到卡扎菲上台执政以前,美利关系一直处于蜜月阶段。但卡扎菲上台执政以后,美利关系经历了戏剧性的变化,它充分地反映了美国与阿拉伯世界的复杂关系。
