摘    要:根据EST的基本原理,用被测深孔的内表面取代通常采用的导轨作为传感器的移动基准,通过对三点法测量结果的误差分析,得出了其测量结果不确定度的数学表达式,同时指出了该方案的可行性判据及其应用条件。该方法应简单,成本较低具有一定精度,能有效解决工程实际中深孔类零件母线直线度的测量难题。

Abstract:A simple scheme with low cost and high precision to measure the straightness of deep holes' generatrices was proposed. Based on the principle of EST, the surface of the hole was adopted as the base of measurement, instead of the guideways which are generally used. At the same time, with the example of three point method, the mathematical expression of the measurement uncertainty was deducted, and a simplified way to judge its feasibility was given. The presented scheme can effectively solve the problem of generatrix straightness measurement for deep holes.
