| Abstract: | Administering the country should adhere to the authority comes from the people, power is for the people, and should follow the ideas： people first, seeking the truth from the ment, opening to the outside, governing by law and morality, diligent government, and social harmony. It should stick to the origin awareness ： power is granted by the people, the people＇s interests are the most concerned. It facts, changing with the times, scientific develop- democratic constitutionalism, incorrupt, thrifty and moralities of administration： for the people, prag- matism, freedom from corruption, selection of capable people, careful exercise of power, unity and creation. |
