摘    要:针对大港南部油田具体地质和开发生产特征,提出以水治水、提速开采、以水促油、高效注水的开发思路和技术措施,在前人精细油藏地质研究基础上,针对不同的油藏类型及所处开发阶段,结合油藏微观渗流特征、剩余油分布规律,通过Logistic旋回数学模型、开发动态分析法和经验公式法确定最大采液量、合理注采比、合理采油速度等开发参数,最终使得大港南部油田水驱开发效果得到明显改善,并对多层段低流度油藏减缓层间及平面矛盾起到重要作用,也为国内同类型的低流度复杂断块油藏注水开发开拓了一条捷径.
