| Abstract: | This paper analyses the local fiscal revenues issues such as the total amount and structure, extension and intension in the economically underdeveloped area in the west of Shandong province, finds out the historical and structural reasons which produce these problems, and puts forward the concrete measures for optimizing the structure of finance, increasing the fiscal revenues and bringing about an advance in economy. |
