普通本科院校田径选项课现状调查与对策研究

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法等方法,对目前本科院校田径选项课不受欢迎、开课难的现象进行研究与分析,提出如下建议:①通过田径文化的传播,让学生认识田径运动的多元价值,培养学生对田径运动的兴趣;②重新审视和构建田径选项课的教学内容,淡化田径课的竞技意识,树立健康体育、终身体育、快乐体育的思想;③充分运用现代科技、教育发展成果,改进传统的田径课程教学方法与手段;④改革传统的考核评价方式,建立全面、客观、公正的考核评价方式,使学生不再对高校田径课程望而生畏,充分发挥田径运动的功能和价值.

Investigation and Countermeasure on Athletics-Elective Class in General Colleges or Universities

In view of the present phenomenon that the Athletics-Elective Class is not popular among the college students,we research and analyze it by means of the relative literature,questionnaire and interview.It is held that students’ interests in athletics should be cultivated through spreading the values of athletics;that the content of the course should be rearranged to lessen the sense of competitiveness in the course,and to uphold the thoughts of health sports,of lifelong physical education and of happy sports;that the modern science and technology achievements should be adopted to reform the traditional teaching methods;and that the traditional ways of judgment should be reformed and a set of comprehensive,objective and impartial and reasonable judgment system should be established.All this can make the athletics class popular among the college students,and give full play to its function and value.
