摘    要:通过对我国广泛分布的5种野生蔷薇资源(金樱子、毛萼蔷薇、长尖叶蔷薇、木香花、蛾眉蔷薇)的相对电导率、脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量及丙二醛含量指标的测定,结合隶属函数法综合评价5个野生蔷薇种的抗寒性.结果表明:相对电导率、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量及丙二醛含量均随温度降低而不断上升,脯氨酸含量则表现出降低→升高→降低的趋势.5种蔷薇属野生资源的抗寒性由强到弱依次为:峨眉蔷薇,木香花,长尖叶蔷薇,金樱子,毛萼蔷薇.

Abstract:Combined with subordinate function method,a comprehensive evaluation has been conducted of five wild Rosa species in cold tolerance ability by means of determining the index of relative electrical conductivity and the content of Proline,Soluble Protein,Soluble Sugar,and MDA of five wild Rosa species(i.e.R.laevigatae,R.lasiosepala,R.longicuspis,R.banksiae,and R.omeiensis),which are widely distributed in China.The result illustrates that,with decrease of temperature,relative electrical conductivity and the content of Soluble Protein,Soluble Sugar and MDA illustrate a general trend of increase,while the content of Proline a decrease-increase-decrease trend.Thus a conclusion is to be tentatively drawn that the five wild Rosa species can be listed in strong-weak sequence of cold tolerance ability as R.omeiensis>R.banksiae>R.longicuspis>R.laevigatae>R.lasiosepala.
