摘    要:本实验将超声辅助溶剂萃取与气-质联用(GC/MS)相结合,建立了一种简单、快捷的适用于环境水样的毒死蜱分析方法.实验系统考察了超声时间、超声功率、石油醚体积、萃取次数和样品溶液体积等因素对萃取效率的影响,进而对萃取与色谱条件进行了最优化.结果表明:经优化的分析方法的线性范围为0.1~50μ g/L,检出限(S/N=3)达0.019μg/L,3个加标浓度水平下相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.85%~4.67%,实际样品加标回收率在85.6%~103.7%之间.

Abstract:Ultrasound-assisted solvent extraction was used in combination with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS) to develop a simple and rapid method for detecting chlorpyrifos in environmental water samples.Several conditions that potentially affect the extraction efficiency,including ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power,volume of petroleum ether,extraction times and the sample volume,were investigated.The extraction procedure and GC/MS conditions/settings were optimized.The experimental results using the optimized method showed that the linear range was 0.1~50 μg·L-1 with a detection limit(S/N=3) of 0.019 μg·L-1,a relative standard deviation(RSD) of 1.85%~4.67% at three spiked levels of chlopyrifos and a recovery of 85.6%~103.7% of the chlorpyrifos added to three types of water samples.
