| 摘 要： | 对西南五省的8种主栽经济型茶树的儿茶索进行了HPLC图谱分析,结果表明:各品种之间儿茶素成分差别较大,同时对各品种的咖啡碱含量进行了分析,为寻找高儿茶素、低咖啡碱含量的茶树品种提供相关依据.

| Abstract: | In order to provide useful information for the selection and breeding of tea cultivars with high catechin and low caffeine,HPLC was performed to analyze catechin composition and caffeine content in the leaves of 8 tea cultivars widely cultivated in 5 provinces of Southwest China.The result showed that large difference existed in catechin composition among the cultivars studied. |
