摘    要:在连续流动加氢装置上,用铂催化剂对孤岛原油航煤中芳烃进行加氢试验,在恒定压力(4.0MPa)和氢油比(1000:1)条件下考察了反应温度和空速对芳烃加氢的影响,得出了关于孤岛航煤加氢反应的动力学规律,用简化假设的假一级可逆自阻反应动力学方程处理选定条件下的试验数据,结果表明,计算数据与实验数据的吻合较好。文中还研究了用孤岛原油航煤馏份二段加氢制取大比重喷气燃料的最佳条件。

Abstract:Hydrogenat ion of aromatic compounds in the middle distillate of Gudao crude oil was carried out with Pt/Al1O3 catalyst in a continuous flow fixed bed reactor system. The effect of temperature and LHSV on aromatic saturation was investigated at a constant pressure of 4.0 MPa and hydrogen-to-oil ratio 1000:1 and the kinetics were studied. A simplifying assumption was made of pseudo-first-order reversible self-inhibitive kinetics to treat all data obtained at chosen operating conditions. The proposed kinetic model gave a good agreement with experimental data. The optimal operating conditions for producing high density jet fuel from that distillate were established.
