高校辅导员队伍性别结构失衡现象论析

摘    要:辅导员就其工作内容和性质而言,并无性别上的刻板区分,但不同性别的辅导员由于与生俱来的性别特质,给予大学生潜移默化的教育效果和影响方式却会有所不同。目前不少高校中女性辅导员明显多于男性。针对这种性别结构现状,辅导员队伍建设应充分重视两性性别特质的优势互补,形成整体合力,给学生全方位的影响。
