| 摘 要： | 针对地方性本科院校教学管理的实际情况,总结出教学管理过程中存在的观念、制度、体制、管理人员队伍建设四个方面的问题,分析问题存在的根源,找到解决问题的对策,以期引起对提高教学管理水平的思考。

| Abstract: | This paper tries to analyse the actual practice of the educational management in new universities and to summarize the problems into four aspects: ideas,systems,mechanism and staff.The author also analyses the root of the four aspects to find out ways to deal with these situations and to reflect on how to improve the quality of the educational administration in new universities. |
