摘    要:从芳甲酸出发,经二步反应得到了芳酰基异硫氰酸酯,再和吗啉反应得到了芳酰基硫脲.在碘化钠作用下,芳酰基硫脲与氯乙酸甲酯发生成环反应,一步合成了2-吗啉基-4-芳基噻唑-5-甲酸甲酯.该方法产率高、操作简便.产物结构经1H NMR1、3C NMR及MS数据确证.

Abstract:Aroyl thioureas were prepared by the reaction of morpholine and aroyl isothiocyanates, which were synthesized from acyl chloride and KSCN. Aroylthiourea reacted with methyl chloroacetic ester in the presence of NaI to afford 2-morpholin-4-aryl-thiazole-5-carboxylic acid methyl ester. The structures of the products were characterized by ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and MS spectra, Furthermore, a rational mechanism was proposed for the reaction.
