重构WTO环境下的我国外文科技期刊保障体系

外文科技期刊是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,是国家重要的战略资源。我国外文科技期刊建设可分为5个时期,现处于调整时期。入世对我国外文科技期刊保障体系造成新的冲击,应采取对策,更新观念,坚持创新;国家规划,加大投入;资源重组,开发共享,重构我国外文科技期刊保障体系。

On Reconstruction of the System of China's Foreign Journals of Science and Technology after its Entry into WTO

Foreign journals of science and technology,which is often regarded as important national strategic resources,no doubt constitutes a great important part of the National Innovation System.This thesis maintains that the development of China's foreign journals of science and technology can be divided into five phases and for the time being it is in the readjustment period.China's entry into WTO will bring about another great shock to its foreign journals of science and technology.Confronted will such a situation,the author maintains that the following strategies should be adopted:renewing conception and upholding innovation;planning nationwide,enlarging inverstment,recombining the resources and,jointly developing and sharing the profits;reconstructing China's foreign journals of science and technology.
