| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO，既给我国的经济发展带来前所未有的机遇，同时也给我国经济的发展带来了严峻的挑战。本文论述了加强我国宏观经济的调控，加大宏观调控中的经济立法，用法律来保障我国经济的健康、有序发展的重要性。
