摘 要: | 从复杂系统的理论视角,分析了影响工程突发事故形成的技术、主体及环境的复杂性因素,研究不同类型的工程突发事故的形成路径,指出大型工程系统内部要素与外部环境的复杂作用是突发事故的发生之源,为大型工程突发事故的有效防范与应对提供了参考.最后,论文以某大桥移动模架坠落事件为例,分析了突发事故的形成过程.

Abstract: | This paper applies complex system science to analyze the factors of technology,subject and environment leading to sudden accidents,and study on the formation path of different types of accidents during construction,This paper points out that the complex interaction between system elements and external environment of large scale projects is the source of incidents and provides some suggestions to cope with it.In the end,this paper takes some bridge as an example to analyze the formation of the accident. |
