| 摘 要： | 开放存取（OA）是提高高校期刊影响力的主要方式之一,高校期刊具备实行OA的有利条件。文章分析了高校期刊实行OA的可行性,阐述了高校期刊实行OA的途径：高校期刊要全文上网,加入成熟的OA联盟和建立开放期刊全文数据库等。

| Abstract: | OA is one of the most important means to improve the impact of university journals,and the university journals have access to the advantage of OA.This article analyzes the feasibility of OA in university journals,and illustrates the main pathway of OA： firstly,put all the papers in the Internet;participate the mature OA Union and construct the OA journals database and so on. |
