| Abstract: | In the traditional society of China,the thought of wearying of suits plays a dominant role.This idea is rooted in its profound social economy,politics,culture,law and practices,and in return it has certain positive effect on traditional society.With the development of society,this kind of litigation idea is still somewhat active in modern society,due to the characteristics of its ideology as well as certain economic and practical reasons. |
