| 摘 要： | 创先争优活动是我党在新时期内继承革命传统、发扬革命精神、保持先进性的重要举措,有着重要的时代意义。无论是革命年代还是社会主义建设时期,精神动力都发挥着积极的作用。创先争优活动蕴含着强大的内在精神动力作用。保持创先争优活动的长期有效性的关键在于：紧密结合科学发展观,充分发挥其精神动力作用;坚持求真务实,充分发挥理论联系实际的优良学风;建设学习型党组织,充分凝聚开拓创新的人才团队。

| Abstract: | The movement of striving for superiority is historically significant measures for the CPC to inherit the revolutionary tradition, to develop the spirit and to maintain its advanced nature. The spirit is always playing an important role whether in revolutionary time or in the time of socialism construction. The movement for the superiority has a strong spiritual diving force. The key to maintain its long effect lies in the close connection with the scientific development view for its full completion of its spiritual drive, in the insistence on the idea of truth for the learning style of theoretical connection with practice and in the eonstruetion of learning - type CPC organizations for the full coherence of innovative wit groups. |
